How to use
- Place the cryo spoons in the freezer for at least 10 minutes. This will allow the cryo lift to get cold enough to provide the benefits.
- Apply your favorite serum, masks, or face oil before facial massage
- Starting from the center of your face, gently glide the facial tools towards your temples
- You can also use beauty tools to massage your eye area, massage in a circular around your eyes or gently cover eyes to depuff and relax
- Continue this process for 5-10 minutes.
- After using the cryo sticks, wash and dry them before putting them back in the freezer.
